Twenty years as branch site selector for Beneficial Bank, Philadelphia, PA.  Responsibilities included finding locations, constructing buildings, doing all lease negotiations, selling buildings, hiring architects, contractors and conducting bid proposals.  Also responsible for all branch maintenance and lease management. 

Three years with Long and Foster Real Estate doing tenant representation as well as Landlord representation. Located space for Churches, Banks, Breweries, General Office Space, Medical Space, Attorney Offices, Industrial Space, Accounting Offices, Telecommunication Offices and Psychologist Office Space.

Residential Real Estate Background

Three years with Long and Foster acting as agent for the listing and selling of Residential properties in Chester County. Specializes in Buyer Agency. Assists Buyers and Sellers through the process of real estate transactions from beginning to settlement. Currently, Sales Agent at Black Rock Estates in Quarryville, PA, a new construction development of Residential Homes.
